FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS 2023 

Where is the festival located?

Festival will be held at Broadwater Parklands, site plan will be shared closer to time

When will the gates open?

Gates will be open from 11am-5pm, last drinks called at 4.50pm.

Can I buy my ticket on the day?

Yes you sure can,

Final Release/On the day: $45 per entry + booking fee (available on Saturday 6th May, ONLINE ONLY)

NO tickets will be sold at the gate. All tickets must be purchase via online.

What beverages will I be able to try?

Try up to 250 craft beers, ciders, seltzer, gins, coffee liqueurs

How can I buy tasting tickets?

Tasting tickets available for purchase throughout the festival.

$2 per tasting ticket

Tasting Tickets can be purchased via cash or EFTPOS at INFO tent and roaming tasting ticket staff on the day of event.

How do I sample Brews?

Tastings are available at each stall holder by presenting your pre-purchased tasting tickets:

Beers/Ciders/Seltzer tastings
100ml taster below 6.5% ABV: 1 tasting ticket
100ml taster 6.5% ABV and above: 2 tasting tickets
Cans or 425ml cup below 6.5% ABV: 4 tasting tickets
Cans or 425ml cup 6.5% ABV and above: 6 tasting tickets

Spirit & liqueur tastings
5-7ml tasters: 1 tasting ticket
425ml cup with spirit and soft drink: 4 tasting tickets

Drinks will be served in 200ml or 425ml disposable cups OR can depending on chosen drink size.

*Some exhibitors may charge additional tasting tickets for lower/higher ABV drinks

Is this a family friendly event?
ABSOLUTELY! Kids under 18 years old are free to enter with an adult. We will have face painting and other activities to be announced. 

Can I buy product from exhibitors on the day?

Absolutely, all exhibitor will be selling their beer/cider/gourmet food products. Exhibitors will provide a sealable bag for your awesome purchases.

Please note these beverages cannot be consumed at the festival.

Will there be food available for lunch?
YES, there will be hot and cold food available for purchase from food trucks/stalls.

Can I bring my own food and drink?

No outside food or drink allowed inside. Free water will be available at each exhibitors stand

Can I bring my own picnic rug & camping chair?

Yes and yes, feel free to bring your own.

Any Entertainment?

The festival will feature entertainment throughout the day + kids activities (face painting, pamper parlour (hosted by Paradise Resort) and balloon artist.

Do I need cash for this festival?

Yes bring your cash or EFTPOS/ Credit cards for tasting tickets, food and takeaway sales

ATM machines will be available

Is smoking permitted?

Smoking will be permitted in designated outdoor areas only (see festival map on the day for location).
